Stark Industries Switzerland Terms and conditions of engagement.

Stark Industries Switzerland offers costuming services for your event.

 All our costumes are movie-accurate. 

All Stark Industries Switzerland activities at your event must be planned and discussed before the event takes place. Normally, we require 6 – 8 weeks to plan and prepare. All activities (unless otherwise agreed) will occur indoors or under cover.

Please note that our costumers are not performers. Whilst we shall remain "in character" for the duration of your event our members may not engage in activities such as dancing or acting, including mock-battles or in any activity that may be deemed as demeaning to the costumer. 

Specific costumes requests will be accepted but not guaranteed. 

We reserve the right to offer alternatives in the unlikely event one of our costumes is unavailable.

Stark Industries Switzerland is not liable for any damages at your event.

Stark Industries Switzerland reserves the right to end the engagement at any time should we feel the safety and security for our members and their costumes is not respected. 

Intoxication due to alcohol or drugs, too many persons / not enough space, vandalizing of our costumes, inappropriate contact, sexual comments, provocation and other forms of abuse etc. will not be tolerated. Fees paid in advance of events halted in this manner will not be refunded.

The event organizer will be held liable for any and all accidental and willful damage arising during the event. Any and all minors present at your event are the responsibility of the parents or other persons in charge who will be held liable and accountable for their actions.

Any engagement of Stark Industries Switzerland requires the event organizer to provide at least 2 liters of bottled water per costume. For events longer then 2 hours snacks and food must be available in the dressing room. If the event is an all day event hot meals must be made available. Vegetarian and lactose intolerant options should be available.

Each costumer will take a 15 minute break during each hour in costume. Breaks will be organized so as to ensure our continued visible presence during your event or taken during a planned break in the proceedings of your event.

Our costumers will arrive with several large boxes and cases containing the costumes. Please bear this in mind when you plan the dressing room locations, access etc. We require around 3sqm per person and - where appropriate - separate secure changing rooms for male and female members. 1 chair per costume and at least 1 dressing table per room is preferred. Although not necessary, a mirror would be appreciated.

Our costumers may arrive with prop "laser" guns similar to those used in the films. Whilst these will have a superficial realistic appearance we warrant that these props are legal in Switzerland and completely non-functional as firearms. However, the event organizer is responsible for ensuring that the location and event audience are comfortable with this. Please inform us otherwise.

The dressing room should be reasonably close to the event location for costume maintenance and breaks.

Free parking / parking validation will be offered by the event organizer.

Stark Industries Switzerland reserves the right to cancel the event at any time prior to the event. In this unlikely event a full refund of any fees paid in advance will be made. Stark Industries Switzerland cannot be held liable for any claims of losses incurred due to said cancellation. The event coordinator retains the right of cancellation up to 48 hours in advance of the event. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will be charged at 20% of the original agreed fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event will be charged at 50% of the original fee.

Stark Industries Switzerland reserves the right to complete access to any photographs & movie clips showing the activities of Stark Industries Switzerland taken at your event. The personal privacy of our members must be guarded by the event organizer. No names, unmasked photos, or other personal information of our members may be used or distributed in any way without express permission.
